Bamboo massage is a sports/ injury and deep tissue massage all combined in one. Using the all natural bamboo sticks, I heat them prior to use and that allows the muscle to relax faster. Also using the sticks, I can give more pressure than I would be able to with my hands. I can also dig into places (like under your shoulder blade) better with the sticks. It's a really great addition to a hands on massage if you're looking to try something new or just hands on work isn't cutting it.

These poultices are steamed, releasing a calming and tranquil aroma that fills the room. They are stamped, rocked, and rolled all over the body. This unique massage is accompanied by hands-on stretching and massage. This treatment is the ultimate in pain relief and relaxation. You get to take the poultices home with you for future use!
